Property Preservation

1. Clean outs for the interior and exterior of the property are available. The interior will be broom swept with all debris disposed at a legal dump site. 1a. Maid cleaning of the property is also available upon request. 1b. Towing and impounding of all titled vehicles parked on your property with all required Pennsylvania forms filled out and filed with the proper authorities. 2. The initial yard cleanup includes mowing grass, removal of weeds and trimming of hedges,etc. After the initial cleanup, grass will be cut every two weeks with trimming performed usually once per month. In some selected areas, grass will be done every 7 to 10 days in accordance with local ordinances with trimming every two weeks. 3. Snow removal will be completed after each snowfall with heavy salting of the sidewalks to keep them in safe condition. 4. Remodelling. We are equipped to handle everything from small repair to complete remodelling to make the property marketable. This includes structural repairs as outlined by a structural engineer. We will furnish an estimate of the repairs. 5. Code violations. We will meet with the local authorities to correct and abate code violations.
