Who we are

We are a full-time servicing company with over 30 years experience in the specialized REO field.     Our clients consist of mortgage companies, banking and financial institutions, servicing management groups and real estate agencies throughout the United States.     Our service is limited primarily to the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area so that we may offer a more complete and efficient service to our customers by limiting our geographical area.     We are capable of servicing and maintaining your properties from a pre-foreclosure condition through the sale and closing of the property.     All contractors are insured with a minimum liability policy of $300,000. Certificates are on file and will be issued upon request by the respective companies.
